Day-by-Day Itinerary
Depart on your overnight flight to Shanghai.
Met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. Welcome dinner.
Yu Garden, the Old Town, the Shanghai Museum and a silk workshop. Evening Huangpu River cruise.
Drive 2.5 hours to the water town of Wuzhen and explore its canals and stone bridges by boat.
Fly to Xi’an. After lunch, an orientation tour and a walk on the 14th-century City Wall.
The Terracotta Warriors and Horses. Evening banquet and Tang Dynasty show.
A 4.5-hour bullet train to Beijing and an afternoon at the Summer Palace.
A walk on the Great Wall. Peking Duck dinner.
Tian’anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. Evening acrobatic show.
Transfer to Beijing airport for your flight home.
